AZ Cert Prep Refund Policy

At AZ Cert Prep, we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable certification preparation. Please review the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations:

πŸ’Έ Self-Pay Student Refunds

Refunds for students who pay out-of-pocket are issued under the following conditions:


  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the course start date.
  • Refunds are only available if less than 25% of the course has been completed.
  • Requests must be sent in writing toΒ [email protected] with the subject line Refund Request – Self-Pay.


If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


πŸ› ESA & WIOA-Funded Student Refunds

If your enrollment is funded by the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) or Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA):


  • Refunds are governed by the terms of the funding agency.
  • AZ Cert Prep will coordinate directly with the funder if a refund is required due to withdrawal, non-completion, or ineligibility.
  • Students must notify both AZ Cert Prep and their ESA/WIOA contact immediately if they are unable to complete the course.


πŸ”„ Course Transfer & Credit Requests

Students may request to:


  • Transfer to a future cohort, or
  • Apply unused tuition as credit toward another eligible program (approval required).

Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.


🚫 Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:


  • The course was completed or more than 25% accessed
  • Failure to pass certification exams (we do not guarantee results)
  • Dismissal for violating terms of use or code of conduct
